Our team makes everything possible
That's what we work on every day. Our goal is to make e-commerce as user-friendly and easy as possible. Our team consists of experienced experts in the industry who give everything to build software that makes other people's lives a bit easier.
Max is our experienced entrepreneur in the team. When things get turbulent, he always has a soothing saying in reserve.
After founding several companies in the e-commerce field, Max tries to pass on the know-how he has gained and the best solutions to the most annoying problems to other entrepreneurs who want to realize the dream of an online store.
At pluszwei, Max usually spends his time brainstorming cool features or developing marketing funnels together with the devs.
Viktor is our #1 problem solver, there is no problem that this man cannot solve.
And it doesn't come by itself, Viktor has dedicated his whole life to e-commerce and has been working on projects big and small for more than 15 years.
Viktor's motto is: "Give me a problem and some time and I'll find you a solution" ;)
Small C is our most experienced Shopware developer and has great fun every day turning the best ideas into clean code.
Small C has also been working in the e-commerce sector for a very long time and has worked for numerous clients on exciting - both large and small - online store projects. Whether Shopware, Magento, Shopify - Small C knows what is important in each case.
With the change from version 5 to version 6, Small C has completely dedicated himself to Shopware and now knows the system better than the colleagues who develop the core ;)
Natascha is the Agenda tracker among us and no meeting can be ended without results. With a critical sense everything is investigated at until all understand the common journey.
She uses her trained instincts after gathering years of experience with agencies, corporate companies as well as traditional SMEs and dynamic Start-ups to find out what is needed to solve the individual cases and how to identify the dangerous traps. She wants to get to measureable goal effectively.
Her main question is: "When do we notice that the success party can be planned?"
